中国高等教育学会与OBREAL Global代表团、上海市高等教育学会举行三方会谈

8月21日，中国高等教育学会副会长张大良与OBREAL Global（欧洲-拉丁美洲大学合作协会）全球战略总监尼古拉斯·帕特里西、上海市高等教育学会常务副会长汪歙萍举行会谈。OBREAL教育政策与项目总监伊丽莎白·科卢奇，学会副秘书长高晓杰，上海市高等教育学会副秘书长毛建茹、国际交流专业委员会副主任王武东，非洲大学协会特别代表彭奕，学会国际部副主任史月等参会。
学会与同济大学拟于12月4-6日在上海联合举办2026高等教育国际论坛年会，邀请上海市高等教育学会、OBREAL承办“全球视野下高等教育人才培养”平行论坛，本次会议围绕论坛筹备工作和未来战略合作进行深入讨论。张大良表示，要以此次合作举办论坛为契机，将学会全国性学术社团组织优势、上海高教学会区域资源优势和OBREAL国际资源优势有机结合，增强论坛跨区域、跨领域的深度对话，让不同的观点得到充分交流、相互启发，把议题讲深、把问题讲透。未来围绕高等教育研究、国际学术对话、师生交流互访等多个领域，建立长效沟通机制，实现优势互补，持续开展务实合作。
帕特里西表示，OBREAL致力于区域间教育合作，搭建了跨区域大学协会合作网络。今后愿积极分享跨区域对话经验资源，聚焦人才培养与就业能力、可持续发展与人才培养、高校在人才生态系统中的角色等议题，邀请高层次、多元化专家参与研讨，并在OBREAL区域性对话会议上宣介论坛成果。
汪歙萍表示，上海作为中国高等教育对外开放前沿，在卓越人才、应用型人才培养方面积累了大量本土案例，将发挥上海高校国际合作网络作用，做好嘉宾邀请和议程设计，并配置上海产教融合、科教融汇特色点位实地参访，实现理论交流与实践观摩相结合。高晓杰介绍论坛整体筹备情况。
会议一致同意建立三方常态化沟通机制，进一步完善论坛方案，做好嘉宾发言安排和论坛成果设计，呈现一场既有思想引导作用、又有务实成果的高水平国际论坛。
On 21 August, Zhang Daliang, Vice President of China Association of Higher Education, held talks with Nicolás Patrici, Strategy and Development Director of OBREAL Global and Wang Xiping, Executive Vice President of Shanghai Association of Higher Education. Also present were Elizabeth Colucci, Director of Education Policies and Programs of OBREAL; Gao Xiaojie, Deputy Secretary-General of China Association of Higher Education; Mao Jianru, Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Association of Higher Education; Wang Wudong, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Committee of Shanghai Association of Higher Education; Peng Yi, Special Representative of the Association of African Universities; and Shi Yue, Deputy Director of the International Affairs Department of CAHE, among others.
China Association of Higher Education and Tongji University plan to jointly organize the 2026 International Forum on Higher Education in Shanghai from 4 to 6 December, and have invited Shanghai Association of Higher Education and OBREAL to host the parallel forum entitled “Talent Cultivation in Higher Education from a Global Perspective.” The meeting conducted in-depth discussions on the preparations for the forum and future strategic cooperation. Zhang Daliang stated that we should take this jointly-hosted forum as an opportunity to fully integrate the organizational strengths of the national academic society, the regional resource advantages of Shanghai Association of Higher Education , and the international resource advantages of OBREAL. This will enhance in-depth cross-regional and cross-sectoral dialogue at the forum, enable full exchange and mutual inspiration among diverse viewpoints, and ensure that topics are thoroughly explored and issues comprehensively addressed. Going forward, a long-term communication mechanism will be established in multiple areas, including higher education research, international academic dialogue, and reciprocal exchanges of faculty and students, so as to achieve complementary strengths and continuously advance pragmatic cooperation.
Patrici noted that OBREAL is committed to inter-regional educational cooperation and has established a network of collaboration among university associations across regions. It stands ready to actively share experience and resources derived from inter-regional dialogue, focus on themes such as talent cultivation and employability, sustainable development and talent cultivation, and the role of higher education institutions in the talent ecosystem, invite high-level and diverse experts to participate in discussions, and publicize the outcomes of the forum at OBREAL’s regional dialogue meetings.
Wang Xiping stated that Shanghai, as a frontier of China’s higher education opening-up, has accumulated a wealth of local cases in the cultivation of outstanding talents and application-oriented talents. Shanghai Association of Higher Education will leverage the international cooperation networks of Shanghai’s higher education institutions, carefully arrange the invitation of speakers and the design of the agenda, and organize on-site visits to characteristic locations showcasing industry-education integration and science-education integration in Shanghai, thereby combining theoretical exchange with practical observation. Gao Xiaojie briefed the meeting on the overall preparations for the forum.
The meeting unanimously agreed to establish a regularized tripartite communication mechanism, further refine the forum plan, carefully arrange guest presentations and design the outcomes of the forum, and deliver a high-level international forum that combines ideological guidance with pragmatic results.
