拟参会代表请围绕会议主题及议题撰写800~1000字长摘要，清晰呈现研究的主要观点、面临问题及对策建议，详见附件。请于10月20日前通过电子邮件将WORD文档提交至邮箱IFHE2026@163.com，邮件主题和文件名称按照“第一作者姓名+长摘要题目”格式命名。组委会将根据内容质量，择优邀请摘要作者作论坛报告，并于会前向符合参会要求的代表通过邮箱发送《正式通知》和《报到通知》。

Extended Abstract Format Guidelines

Abstract: 400–1,500 words, structured in paragraphs covering the main arguments, research problems, and suggestions.
(References are not required.)
Prospective participants are required to prepare an 800–1,000 word extended abstract focusing on the conference theme and topics, clearly presenting the main research findings, challenges encountered, and recommendations. Please refer to the attached guidelines for details. Submit your Word document via email to IFHE2026@163.com by October 20. The subject line and file name of the email should follow the format: "First Author's Name + Title of Extended Abstract." Based on the quality of submissions, the organizing committee will select authors to deliver forum presentations. Selected participants who meet the attendance requirements will receive the Official Notice and Registration Notice via email prior to the conference.
