关于举办“2026高等教育国际论坛年会”的预通知

各省级高等教育学会，行业高等教育学会，各分支机构，有关高校和单位，学会理事及个人会员：
当前，新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速演进，深刻重塑全球高等教育格局，推动世界各国大学在育人目标、培养模式、实践路径上加快创新发展。为深入探讨各国高等教育发展与人才培养面临的共性挑战和关键问题，深化教育科技人才一体发展，推动高水平学术交流，中国高等教育学会和同济大学拟联合举办“2026高等教育国际论坛年会”。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、主题议题
主题：
新科技革命时代的大学人才培养：挑战与变革
议题：
1.新科技革命与拔尖创新人才培养的新探索；
2.新兴领域的学科专业重构与交叉人才培养；
3.人工智能时代的未来大学新形态；
4.未来科技创新与构建人才培养体系新生态；
5.全球视野下高等教育人才培养模式的比较研究。
二、举办单位
主办单位：中国高等教育学会 同济大学
三、时间地点
时间：2026年12月初
地点：上海市（具体地点将在正式通知中发布）
四、参会人员
中国高等教育学会常务理事、理事，各级教育行政部门负责人，中外大学校长、高等教育研究领域专家学者、国际组织代表、青年学者，中外研究机构、行业协会以及企业代表等。
五、预报名方式及要求
1.中国高等教育学会官网（https://www.cahe.edu.cn/）将于8月中旬开通论坛专题网站，拟参会代表请进行在线注册预报名，截止时间为9月30日。会务组将于会前通过邮箱向符合参会要求的代表发送《正式通知》和《报到通知》。
2.拟参会代表请围绕会议主题及议题撰写800~1000字长摘要，清晰呈现研究的主要观点、面临问题及对策建议，详见附件1。组委会将根据内容质量，择优邀请摘要作者作论坛报告。请于9月30日前将长摘要WORD文档以电子邮件形式提交至IFHE2026@163.com，邮件主题和文件名称按照“第一作者姓名+长摘要题目”格式命名。
3.本届论坛拟出版《中外高校合作案例集（2026）：科技革命背景下的人才培养实践》，现面向国内外高校征集人才联合培养的典型案例，格式要求详见附件2。请于9月30日前将案例WORD文档以电子邮件形式提交至IFHE2026@163.com，邮件主题和文件名称按照“单位名称+案例题目”格式命名。

To the higher education associations of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, industry higher education associations, all branches, relevant universities, higher education research institutions, all council members of the association, and individual members:
Today’s world is experiencing a rapid wave of technological and industrial change. This transformation is profoundly reshaping the goals, models, and pathways of global higher education. In this evolving landscape, higher education must accurately identify, adapt to, and proactively lead these changes.
According to UNESCO’s Transforming Higher Education: Global Collaboration on Visioning and Action, while the sector continues to grow, it faces complex challenges such as technological disruption, geopolitical shifts, and demographic changes. It calls for systemic transformation to ensure that higher education remains steadfast in its public mission. Similarly, the OECD Science, Technology and Innovation Outlook 2025 emphasizes that scientific discovery and innovation depend on the global connectivity of knowledge, talent, and resources. Therefore, the international community must find a new balance between open collaboration and strategic security.
Against this backdrop, China Association of Higher Education and Tongji University will co-host the 2026 International Forum on Higher Education in Shanghai, from December 5 to 6, 2026 (with registration on December 4 and departure on December 7). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
